Dear investors, followers and copiers Hereby please find the latest update on our portfolio and the broader markets. As you have noticed the markets have been quite volatile the last 1,5 months. With the correction early August, we saw the wider markets drop significantly. From the top in July SP500 was down by approx. 10%, and Nasdaq was down by approx. 17%. A correction is never nice, but at the same time it’s not surprisingly in the sense the markets have been constantly rising since May, without any kind of pause. So, it had to happen eventually. But the markets have rebounded extremely fast, and SP500 is now back around the highs from July, whereas Nasdaq hasn’t fully recovered. 𝙋𝙊𝙍𝙏𝙁𝙊𝙇𝙄𝙊 𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙈𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀 Our portfolio continues a solid momentum. Year-to-date our profit is +28% (following our +34% gain in 2023). During the correction we closed our position in $NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) and realized a +100% gain. In addition, we have opened new positions in $AMBUB.CO (Ambu A/S) , $ROCKB.CO (Rockwool International B A/S), $GRMN (Garmin Ltd.) , $ALKB.CO (ALK Abello A/S) , and all positions are so far performing well. ALK Abello posted strong earning the previous week and after 2 weeks we are already up by +17%. This means we currently hold the following positions in our portfolio: $MSFT (Microsoft) , $QQQ /Nasdaq, $SPY /SP500, $NOVO-B.CO (Novo Nordisk B A/S) , $AMBUB.CO , $ALKB.CO , $GRMN , $ROCKB.CO . 𝙊𝙑𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝙈𝘼𝙍𝙆𝙀𝙏 𝘿𝙄𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 If the markets continue to hold up well, we will add a few more positions to our portfolio. As you know from earlier, we use the 10 weeks moving average (red line on attached graph - a weekly chart) to help us navigate the markets. We will only open new positions in individual stocks when we are above this line. Please see attached graph, where you can see SP500 regained the 10-week moving average 1-2 weeks ago. While we don’t have a crystal ball to predict the future, this approach helps us navigating the overall market direction. Wishing you a fruitful week ahead in the markets. Happy trading!
