Hi Investors 👋🏻 Sorry for the latest lack of communications, but I'm deeply changing my life by finishing studies and a new moving in program. Aside from that the portfolio has substantially remained the same, with a little bit of modification ✔️ We INCREASED positions in $O (Realty Income Corp) $MAIN (Main Street Capital Corp.) and $QYLD which right now are the 3 main Monthly payers, they represents the biggest part of the portfolio. ✔️ We added a new position with $HRZN (Horizon Technology Finance Corporation) a thechnology and healthcare focused BDC that offer 11.5% yeald with monthly payment as well. 🔱 We sold all of $PM (Philip Morris International Inc) stock with a 20/25% profit range, taking profit and evaluating a repositioning later. ➡️ The yeald of the portfolio today is around 8% From now on I will study other possible new positions in the portfolio, since late 2024 and 2025 should be a banner year for our 2 best sectors like REIT's and BDC's (already set a position on $LTC.US (LTC Properties Inc.), another good monthly payer REIT) 🔥 Stay tuned for next news For more info if someone's interested check the bio and pinned post $NSDQ100
