Alphabet is in talks to potentially acquire Israeli cybersecurity company Wiz for more than $30 billion, which would be its largest acquisition ever. If the deal goes through, it would strengthen Alphabet's position in the cybersecurity market and boost the growth of its cloud business. Wiz, which specializes in AI solutions for securing cloud platforms, originally considered going public but is now back in the game as an acquisition target. However, the deal may run into regulatory hurdles, similar to last year when a similar bid failed due to antitrust concerns.
