VICI Properties has entered into an agreement. 🤝 🔎 $VICI (VICI Properties Inc) will acquire Golden Entertainment’s casino properties in a sale-leaseback transaction, further expanding its leading portfolio of gaming and leisure assets in Nevada. As part of the deal, VICI will assume and repay up to $426 million of Golden’s secured debt. The transaction is expected to close in mid-2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. ➡️For investors, this means increased exposure to VICI’s rapidly growing Nevada market and the potential for stable, long-term leases from the newly acquired assets. While VICI is assuming some debt, the sale-leaseback structure typically supports predictable cash flows and can be tax efficient. ➡️I like this company. Diversifying into companies of this type is important to me.
