AI Bubble or Revolution? Marks says we might be in what he calls an β€œInflection Bubble” β€” a rare moment where a transformative technology truly changes how the world works (like the Internet). It’s not hype… but even real revolutions can wipe you out if you’re on the wrong side. --- How I see this influencing our strategy Healthy vs. Unhealthy Growth Marks highlights a major divide: β€’ Unhealthy β€” companies artificially boosting revenue using borrowed money β€’ Healthy β€” profitable leaders funding innovation with their own cash flow We stay positioned with the healthy giants: $GOOG (Alphabet) $META (Meta Platforms Inc) $AMZN (Amazon.com Inc) β€” businesses that generate the cash needed to build AI infrastructure without relying on risky debt. --- The Efficiency Shift AI is already acting as a productivity engine β€” especially in coding and digital advertising. This supports our positions in companies becoming more efficient every quarter, doing more with less. --- This Isn’t 1999 Unlike the Dot-Com bubble, today’s major tech leaders have: β€’ Strong profits β€’ Attractive valuations vs. their historical peaks β€’ Clear demand for their AI investments Fundamentals > speculation. --- Where We Take Risk: $TSLA (Tesla Motors, Inc.) Tesla is our highest-risk position β€” less β€œcash-cow safety net,” more β€œinnovation leap.” But the risk/reward remains compelling, so we continue to hold it. --- Final Thoughts As Marks puts it, staying completely out of major change means missing the future. We believe the AI story is still early β€” and we prefer moats over moonshots. --- Performance Update We remain on track with strong gains YTD, and we continue monitoring the market carefully with a long-term mindset. --- Coming Soon Upcoming Video: The Red Years (2018-2022) I am planning a video update where I will discuss FAQs and exactly what happened during the red years of 2018-2022. I want to be transparent about those difficult times. If you have other questions, let me know below!
