Gotta start by explaining that I have added a significant amount of cash into my portfolio to raise total equity by 1.5x as we have clearly entered a positive catalysts driven market…
Sadly though, I have not started deploying that cash and missed on this late bull run which is a shame. Risk profile is therefore = 2 at the moment with performance still decent for 2024 approaching closely +10%
I suspect this trend will continue though, as later this week we have (potentially) more positive signals. $NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) is going to release its numbers and we all expect them to push markets even higher.
Other names I will be watching are $RL (Ralph Lauren Corp) and $TGT (Target Corp) , 2 names I have been thinking of adding to our portfolio.
I am still looking for other interesting ideas so if you have any please share.
In the meantime, I will start deploying that cash today, carefully though as I wouldn’t like for markets to take a breather and we get burned.
On another note, I do love to look at the property space to see market dynamics and we are slowly seeing a pick up in transaction in residential and commercial spaces which is a positive signal overall.
Will be a lot more active from now on here, trading a fair bit more :)
