๐Ÿ’Š Pfizer (NYSE: PFE): Is the Turnaround Finally Taking Shape? Pfizer reported a mixed but encouraging Q2 2026. Revenue increased 1% to $15.0B, while adjusted EPS came in at $0.77, slightly below last year as the company continues to invest heavily in R&D. At first glance, these results may not look impressive, but I believe the real story lies beneath the surface. The COVID-19 era is behind Pfizer, and management is now focused on building its next growth chapter. Newer products continue to gain momentum, with strong contributions from Eliquis, Padcev, the Vyndaqel family, and Lorbrena, while the Seagen acquisition is strengthening Pfizer's position in oncology. At the same time, the company continues to advance one of the industry's broadest pipelines across oncology, obesity, vaccines, and rare diseases. What impressed me most is management's long-term strategy. Pfizer isn't simply cutting costs to protect earnings. It's investing aggressively in innovation, expanding its pipeline, integrating AI into research and operations, and targeting $9.7 billion in productivity savings by 2029 to support future growth. That said, challenges remain. Revenue growth is still modest, COVID-related sales continue to decline, and future growth will depend on successful execution of the pipeline and recent acquisitions. Investors should also keep an eye on upcoming patent expirations. My view: I believe Pfizer is moving in the right direction, but the turnaround is still in progress. For income-focused investors, the dividend and improving pipeline remain attractive. For growth investors, I think patience is still required before stronger revenue acceleration becomes visible. Total growth since inception: +180.73% ๐Ÿ“ˆ Average annual return: +19.06% ๐Ÿ“… Profitable weeks: 62.96% ๐Ÿ’ฐ Estimated dividend yield: 1.00% annually ๐Ÿšจ Risk Score: 4โ€“6 (Moderate) ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ Long-term investor ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Diversified portfolio ๐Ÿค Copy Trading ๐Ÿค This portfolio is designed to generate long-term profits through both capital growth and dividends.
