Hello everyone! A little late, but last week $GOOGL (Alphabet Inc Class A), our largest holding posted earnings, here is a quick breakdown: Revenue: 109 Bn vs expected 107 Bn (21% growth YoY) ✅ EPS: $5.11 vs $2.63 expected (About half of those are unrealized gains on equities, but still great) ✅ Looking at the segments: Search: 60 Bn in revenue (up by 20% YoY) Youtube ads: 9.9 Bn in revenue (Up 10% YoY) Cloud: 20 Bn in revenue (Up 66% YoY!) and 6.6 Bn in profit (Up 314% YoY!!) Also the cloud backlog doubled to about 460 Bn! Capex guidance was raised by 5Bn for the year to around 185 Bn. Overall really good numbers that propelled the stock price up, which is now sitting at what I consider the upper end of the fair value range.
