+++ 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨-𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝟏𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 +++ September began with a downturn, affecting both the markets and our portfolio. Although our portfolio didn't fully resist the market environment, we still managed to outperform the markets this week. 👍 📈 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨-𝐊𝐏𝐈 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞: ✅ September- Performance: -2.39 % ✅ YTD-Performance: +4.51 % ✅ Risk-Score: 4 (within expected range of 3 - 5) ✅ Current Cash-Ratio: ~0 % 🖋️ 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨-𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥: Having started September near our all-time high, the first week concluded in the red. By the week's end, we were down by -2.39%, meaning that we have outperformed all major indices: Dow Jones (-2.93%), Nasdq (-5.8%), Dax (-3.9%), and S&P500 (-4.2%). Overall, our performance benefited from maintaining a cash position, which we have now utilized, and from regularly taking profits to secure gains. Examining the portfolio positions reveals a substantial investment in the automotive sector (Porsche, VW, ElringKlinger), which, to date, are also the worst performers. Nonetheless, I maintain that the current sentiment is excessively negative and presents a significant mid-term opportunity. Despite the array of challenges, valuations remain remarkably low, prompting me to retain these positions. 👍 Thus far, our other holdings have more than offset the underperformance of these stocks. I want to alert you that with a potential shift in market sentiment, this trend may cease, and we could experience increased volatility in the short term. If you have any questions feel free to reach out! 😊 𝘖𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘰: ➡️ 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘪𝘵-𝘛𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 #15 - 𝘍𝘶𝘤𝘩𝘴 𝘗𝘦𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘣: In order to fund our re-entry into Grenke I decided to sell Fuchs Petrolub with a profit of approx. +8%. Overall, I still see potential and I probably sold it a bit too early. However, I see a bigger short-term potential in Grenke, which is the reason I decided to switch. ➡️ 𝘐𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘒+𝘚 & 𝘌𝘭𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘒𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳: Following the market sentiment K+S and ElringKlinger continued to drop. I followed my strategy and increased the positions to reduce the entry price. ➡️ 𝘙𝘦-𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 - 𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘬𝘦: Grenke's stock dropped by 10% intraday after the company announced that they would exchange their Chief Risk Officer and that the Bafin raised some complaints about their money laundry processes. In the past we have already successfully traded Grenke. The stock went up from 22€ to 28€ and is now back at 22€. I believe that this provides for a good trading opportunity. Let's see what next week awaits us! ✌ $DJ30 $GER40 $NSDQ100 $SPX500 $HKG50 $GLJ.DE (GRENKE AG) $ZIL2.DE (ElringKlinger) $SDF.DE (K+S Aktiengesellschaft) $VOW3.DE (Volkswagen AG) $PAH3.DE (Porsche Automobil Holding SE) $FPE.DE (Fuchs SE) Best, Part_Time_Joe
