I am selling my small holding of $MMM (3M) . I held on after it cut its dividend and spun out $SOLV (Solventum Corporation) . It steadied the ship and the share price grew. I have thought about selling up but was always what to replace it with. While looking at $WM (Waste Management Inc) it reminded me of a two companies I added to my watchlist back in 2022. $RSG (Republic Services Inc) and $WCN (Waste Connections Inc) . It's the latter of the two that caught my attention. It has quietly been growing it's dividend yield by >10% for over ten years now! So, I have put $MMM up for sale when the market opens and will purchase $WCN .
