While the geopolitical situation remains tense, the market has begun to digest the "new normal" of the conflict. The narrative has shifted from pure panic to now focused on earnings season. We saw a massive bifurcation this month: semiconductor companies building on AI promise surged, while the majority of remaining companies utilizing the AI are still trying to find a bottom. The S&P 500 showed incredible resilience, clawing its way back as cooling inflation data fueled hopes that the Fed might finally take its foot off the brake later this year. π™‹π™€π™§π™©π™›π™€π™‘π™žπ™€ π™ˆπ™€π™«π™šπ™¨ My decision to treat the March SaaS bloodbath as a buying opportunity has started to pay off. My core holdings in $AMZN (Amazon.com Inc) was standout performer following its stellar earnings reports. Microsoft also reported pretty good earnings report but its still trying to find a bottom. I will build a larger position once it gets to my buy target. I’ve continued to build my position in $CIBR (First Trust NASDAQ Cybersecurity ETF) (Cybersecurity ETF), as the ongoing global tensions have made digital infrastructure defense a non-negotiable priority for every major corporation. π™π™žπ™£π™–π™‘ 𝙏𝙝𝙀π™ͺπ™œπ™π™©π™¨ This month was a reminder of why conviction is your greatest asset in a volatile market. My technical outlook remains bullish. With the $SPX500 recently crossing the 7,100 mark, my target of 7,200–7,400 is now well within sight. We aren't out of the woods yet though, oil prices and shipping disruptions from the Strait of Hormuz are still simmering. However, the earnings quality from the mega caps provides a solid floor for now. I’m still holding a bit of cash for any "headline shocks". Starting next week we're gonna see some major earnings from semiconductor companies which should put some more light on which way AI trade goes for next 3 months. Thanks for reading!
