$UTG.L (UNITE Group PLC) I started with a big position last week at 575. This stock has lost more than 50% of its value the last 5 years. Reasons for this seem to be higher interest rates, laws that protect tennants better than before and perhaps brexit didn't work in advantage either. Valuation now is very good. Reason I started investing in this stock last week. It pays a reasonable dividend, due to the low stock value, of 6,3%. Upward potential though is very good because UK is still well known for its universities. They are among the best rewarded in the world. This means that despite demand for housing will remain. Unite group is well managed and is growing around 5% a year, both organic and by taking-overs.
