𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲!
August is gone and my portfolio has scored yet 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵.
𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝟯.𝟰𝟭%, way ahead of the $SPX500 index return of 2.28%.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝟮𝟲.𝟭𝟯%, far from S&P 500 index return of 18.42% during the year.
August was a bumpy month for a good part... Some of our big names like $AMZN (Amazon.com Inc) and $GOOG (Alphabet) had a rough month based on their earnings reports. Similar to what happened with $NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) which is my largest position. However, the stock managed to end the month with a 2.01% return.
𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, no matter the reaction the market had on that precise day.

$META (Meta Platforms Inc) +9.79%
