The Santa rally continues this week as we make further gains in the portfolio. All be it, a very rocky one. Only another week till the new year till we can confirm an Alpha performance for 2023. Our main opportunities recently have all come from patience and holding, and not forgetting most of all believing in what your holding, then reinvesting at their lows. But fortunately, this has continued. Below is our performance so far for the year and month etc. 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐬: December + 10.98% ✅ 1 Week + 1.95% ✅ YTD + 41.07% ✅ 2 Year = 24.6%✅ Risk Score = 5 Available balance = 0% 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟑 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 $ZIM (ZIM Shipping Services Ltd) + 20% $BYON (Beyond Inc) + 14% $KEN (Kenon Holdings Ltd) + 8% It seems top performing stocks are the ones who have had the most downside recently is making a comeback. 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝟑 $WBD (Warner Bros Discovery Inc) – 8% $PAH3.DE (Porsche Automobil Holding SE) – 3.2% $MED.US (Medifast Inc) – 2.3% Our biggest looser being WBD off the back of the recent news about the potential merger and further bad sentiment around the company. But as discussed, I feel the downside is unjust. 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤: No changes were made in the portfolio this week. We did receive dividends in $BTG.US (B2Gold Corp) and an Ex dividend date for $BATS.L (British American Tobacco) 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐗 $CADCHF we continued receiving our refunds and now have achieved a yield of 13%. This pair has continued to decline and is at all time lows. I have put a very small amount on this trade from our dividend payments at a x20 leverage. This position is now slightly up.
