Danish users can watch and listen to the full episode here: www.euroinvestor.dk/podcast/millionaerklubben-saadan-bruger-populaer-investor-kunstig-intelligens I shared five concrete tips for using AI to take your investing to the next level, and we also discussed some of the companies that are positioning themselves to benefit from the AI infrastructure boom. Here are a few notes about the companies I talked about: While everyone knows about NVIDIA's dominance in AI chips, other critical players are building the backbone of this revolution. Let me share insights on three companies I discussed on the show: ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ - ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—–๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ผ๐—บ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฝ ๐—ฆ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜ While $NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) sells standardized GPUs that everyone uses, Broadcom takes an entirely different approach. They design custom chips specifically tailored for tech giants like Meta and Amazon. Think about it this way: Instead of Meta is buying off-the-shelf processors, they tell Broadcom exactly what their AI training algorithms need. Broadcom then designs a chip optimized ONLY for Meta's specific requirements. This creates an incredible moat - the customer gets superior performance and energy efficiency, while Broadcom faces zero competition for that particular chip and enjoys higher margins. Interestingly, as companies develop their own AI chips to reduce dependence on NVIDIA, they actually need MORE of Broadcom's networking infrastructure to connect everything together. ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ผ - ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—”๐—œ "๐—ฆ๐˜†๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜€" This is a smaller, more speculative play that has surged several hundred percent over the past few years. They make Active Electrical Cables (AECs) - think of them as the synapses connecting the "brains" in AI data centers. When you have 10,000+ GPUs working together in an AI cluster, the speed of communication between them determines overall performance. Credo's cables hit a sweet spot: they go further than regular copper cables without consuming as much power as fiber optics. Next year, their products will be able to transmit 1.5 trillion bits per second ๐Ÿš€ ๐— ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ฎ - ๐—จ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—”๐—œ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜ ๐— ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜† Meta shows a different angle on the AI story. With 3,4 billion daily active users, they run the world's most sophisticated advertising machine, now supercharged by AI. Revenue grew 16% to $42.3 billion last quarter, with earnings per share beating expectations by 23%. Meta AI now has almost 1 billion monthly users. But here's what's exciting: They're using AI to make their ads more targeted AND the ads essentially create themselves now. They have built the most efficient advertising platform on the planet, and this is the reason why their stock keep performing well. Meta wins on multiple fronts: Better ad targeting with AI, productivity gains from using their own technology, and a massive user base to instantly deploy new AI features. The AI boom isn't just about the companies making the chips - it's about the entire ecosystem. From the processors to the cables connecting them, from the software managing it all to the companies implementing AI at scale, there are opportunities across the value chain.
