❌-8%. Let me share my view on $GOOGL (Alphabet Inc Class A). The market seems to be pricing in a collapse of Google Search that simply isn’t happening. Google is no longer “just a search engine.” The company is undergoing a strategic shift—toward becoming a diversified powerhouse in cloud, video, AI, and automation. And all of that… is currently trading at ~15x earnings when adjusted for cash, debt, and buybacks. 📊Let’s put things in perspective: • Google Cloud is already generating $50B/year. Applying a 15–20x multiple, that segment alone could be worth $750B to $1T. • YouTube + YouTube Premium could be worth $600B using Netflix-like valuation multiples. • Together, these two units already represent 70% of Alphabet’s market cap (~$1.88T). • Search—still the cash machine—continues to grow at +10% YoY, despite increasing competition. • Gemini, Google’s AI model, is currently outperforming OpenAI and xAI in Polymarket betting odds. • Waymo (autonomous driving) and DeepMind (AI) are massive optionalities still largely unpriced. 📈Let’s not forget: Google Search, which still drives ~50% of Alphabet’s revenue, is not in decline. In fact, it’s still adding users annually, even as new LLMs try to compete. Need proof? The most searched terms on Bing are… “Google” and “YouTube.” For me, this is a strong candidate to add weight. (Not investment advice — do your own research.) But at 15x earnings adjusted, I see a clear opportunity. I added to my position.
