Many people still hope that the crypto market will keep moving higher. But if you ask me the chance is now more than fifty percent that we are entering a bear market. The momentum feels weaker. Prices move up more slowly and every drop seems to last longer. It looks like traders are becoming more careful and the excitement from earlier this year has started to fade. When I look at the charts I see more signs of a downtrend than signs of a new strong push upward. Though a strong countertrend rally wouldn't suprise me. I think the Nasdaq still has room to grow. Many companies in that index continue to report strong numbers. There is also a lot of interest in technology and artificial intelligence. These areas are still expanding fast and that gives me more confidence than the current mood in crypto. While nothing is guaranteed I feel more positive about the Nasdaq at this moment. For me it makes sense to pay more attention to a market that still shows strength instead of staying in a market that might be turning down. I will keep following crypto of course but for now my main focus is on the Nasdaq and the opportunities I think it can bring.
