Is This the Right Time to Trade $TQQQ (ProShares UltraPro QQQ) and $SPXL (Direxion Daily S&P 500 Bull 3X) ? Analyzing historical corrections and rebounds of TQQQ: 1. 2015–2016 Correction (-63%) Bottom: $8 (February 2016) Rebound: +1010% (Reached $91 by February 2020) 2. 2018 Market Correction (-69%) Bottom: $27 (December 2018) Rebound: +230% (Reached ~$89 by February 2020) 3. COVID-19 Crash (Feb–March 2020) (-69%) Bottom: $16 (March 2020) Rebound: +470% (Reached $91 by November 2021) 4. 2022 Bear Market (-89%) Bottom: $11 (December 2022) Rebound: +700% (Reached $93 by February 2025) From these four market crashes, the average drop of TQQQ is 72%, with a minimum drop of 63% and a maximum of 89%. The average rebound is 600%, with a minimum of 230% and a maximum of 1010%. The key takeaway? The more it drops, the greater the potential gains. Timing the entry point is crucial. Currently, TQQQ is down 40% from its peak. If $NSDQ100 (NASDAQ100 Index (Non Expiry)) breaks its all-time high, TQQQ could generate 3x the returns. However, the market still appears bearish, and another 40% decline remains possible before the next rally. Despite short-term volatility, I have already started buying both TQQQ and SPXL. I am comfortable with a 40% drop of 2% of my assets, knowing the potential upside could be 1000%. And, I will invest another 5-8% if the market drops more. The next support of TQQQ is 49. I believe, now is a strategic time to position for future gains. A disciplined approach is key—by employing dollar-cost averaging, you can reduce the impact of volatility and maximize potential returns over time. $JEPQ (Jpm Nasdaq Equity Premium) $DIE.BR (DIeteren Group SA) $1810.HK (Xiaomi Corp) $SCHD (Schwab US Dividend Equity ETF) $SPX500 (SPX500 Index (Non Expiry))
