The first theme is the space sector. With growing expectations around a potential SpaceX IPO, investors have started to reprice the entire space economy. Space-related stocks such as Rocket Lab, AST SpaceMobile, and other space infrastructure names have strongly outperformed the broader market recently. Reuters also reported that U.S. space stocks rose on SpaceX IPO hype, with several names continuing their recent rally. But the more important signal for me is still inside AI hardware infrastructure. Dell’s latest earnings gave the market a very clear message: AI server demand is still much stronger than expected. $DELL (Dell Technologies Inc C) surged after reporting strong AI server orders, a growing AI backlog, and higher full-year guidance. This matters because AI infrastructure is not just about GPUs. When AI servers scale, demand also increases across the entire hardware stack: servers, networking, power systems, cooling, storage, connectors, and passive components. That is why I continue to focus on passive components inside the AI hardware cycle. AI servers are not built with chips alone. As power consumption rises, signal speeds increase, and reliability requirements become stricter, demand for MLCCs, tantalum capacitors, resistors, inductors, and other passive components also increases. AI infrastructure is not just one GPU. It is a full hardware ecosystem. This week’s key observations: Space stocks outperformed on renewed SpaceX IPO expectations Dell’s rally confirmed strong AI server demand AI hardware momentum is spreading beyond GPUs Passive component stocks across Japan, Taiwan, and the U.S. showed strong momentum Short-term prices may be hot, so earnings, orders, and margins still need to confirm the trend Markets usually chase the most obvious story first. But long-term alpha is often hidden in the second layer of the supply chain. Follow me or copy my portfolio if you want to track more AI infrastructure opportunities. $PLTR (Palantir Technologies Inc.) $VOO (Vanguard S&P 500 ETF) $QQQ (Invesco QQQ)
