Just a quick note: I have significantly increased our position in oil and oil exploration companies. I don't see a quick end to this war.
Both sides remain firmly entrenched, and neither has yet reached the point of making sufficient concessions to bring it to a close.
For copiers, I anticipate that rising oil prices will be a net positive for the portfolio overall. This position should provide a valuable hedge against continuing increases in energy costs.
I will continue to analyse and monitor the situation closely.
