Hello everyone :) here is the first, but quick, update on the portfolio. Starting the year with the left foot, as the portfolio is underperforming compared to $SPX500 and $NSDQ100 . Currently, I'm looking with a neutral eye to the markets, despite some strong earnings, and others lacking expectations rather. $ABNB (Airbnb Inc) we have bought SQQQ a short ETF on NASDAQ. I've done some movements on the portfolio just today, closing all $ADA positions, and opening, doing DCA, on $SHOP (Shopify Inc.) and $ABNB . Our portfolio, even though underperforming, has been slightly more conservative, compared to other periods, with real estate assets. I've been pondering when to shift from those positions, but for now they are just there, paying dividends, and pretty much flat. Another topic I've been dealing in my day-to-day, is AI, as I've launched an AI studio, called oito. AI is everywhere and that inflates prices in some interesting assets. The search for AI services spiked like a hockey stick literally. That's it for this update. Stay patient, stay wise :) Paulo
