This is how it went last week and how we're standing YTD. Again, it is a massive challenge to deliver a 5%+ div distributing portfolio without erosion of NAV. It is even more difficult to deliver a a 5%+ while beating the broader market in the process. I know I won't be enjoying a positive excursion forever. I know there will be tough times where the portoflio is not outdoing the market and it will be even drawing down. Still, I'm massively proud of what I am delivering here. I'm massively proud to see years and years of trial error finally resulting into consistent results around my investing and trading operations. Health permitting, this is just the start. I know it because I've never been drawn so hard and recurrently to any other professional endeavour. I love to trade and I love to manage money. Over the last few years I'm realising that the more I love to manage money, the more it loves being managed by me. It is a wonderful feeling when our calling finds us.
