Communication Quality Inspector

Communication Quality Inspectors are eToro’s gatekeepers inwards and outwards. They’re here to make sure our customers are treated fairly and that our representatives are operating in line with the companies regulatory requirements. Their day to day job includes:

  • Listening to phone calls and reading email communications with clients while making sure the provided information meets eToro’s benchmarks
  • Monthly reporting of representative performance
  • Raising immediate red flags for exceptionally low quality/compliance events/scam
  • Attending periodic training
requirements
  • Full time position
  • Fluent Spanish and Italian
  • High moral standards
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance matters 
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience in customer service/sales and trading (optional)
  • Open for existing eToro employees (**for the internal ad**)
