The Risk Score formula includes the total allocation of the user’s portfolio, the leverage they are using, the overall volatility of the Markets they trade and the correlation between them. The risk score is calculated using a special formula we’ve developed right here in eToro. Last 7d Risk Score - Shows the average risk score for the last 7 days.
Monthly Avg. Risk Score - Shows the average monthly risk score for each of the last 12 months.
