Responsibilities:

• Perform the CRS and FATCA on-going monitoring process according to eToro policies and procedures and relevant law and regulations
• Perform data validation checks for reporting purposes
• Assist with FATCA, CRS and QI reporting
• Generate transmittals, forms and draft letters for IRS
• Assist with submit tax authorities’ portals reporting files 
• Assist with LPs reports tax reconciliations
• Perform daily checks on the dividend tax withholding 
• Managing a good communication with other internal departments
• Assist with handling of all tax escalations and become a subject matter expert
• Handling account maintenance and closures as per the tax policies and procedures
• Report to the Tax Operations Manager & assist with the conduct of the Tax Monitoring Program 

• Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Team player, Open mind and willingness to learn
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures, regulations, legislation and basic tax and finance principles
• Strong sense of professionalism, organizational and analytical skills
• Detail oriented and focused
• Capacity to work under pressure with strict deadlines
• Fluent in English 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

Will be considered as an advantage:

• Experience in similar position in the financial services sector
• Knowledge of CRS, FATCA and QI compliance framework 
• Relevant academic degree
• Experience in back office
