Took 25 years for $CSCO (Cisco Systems Inc) to close above its 2000 dot-com peak, the year it briefly became the world's most valuable company at ~$570B .Anyone who bought at the top only just broke even recently. Sound familiar? $NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) is today's Dฬตoฬตtฬตcฬตoฬตmฬต ๐๐ picks-and-shovels giant, just as $CSCO was for the internet.
But great company does not equal great investment at any price. The AI cycle is real. The Dotcom cycle was real too. $NVDA's dominance is real - and so was $CSCO's. Yet it still took 25 years. How much is already in the price? That's always the question. ๐ค
