\u53d7\u5230\u591a\u500b\u884c\u653f\u5340\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u82f1\u570b<\/h3>\n<p>eToro (UK) Ltd, \u662f\u7531 Financial Conduct Authority (\u201c<b>FCA<\/b>\u201d) \u6240\u6388\u6b0a\u8207\u898f\u7bc4\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u53c3\u8003\u865f\u78bc\uff1a583263\u3002\u5728\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u8a3b\u518a\u865f\u78bc 07973792\u3002\u8a3b\u518a\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff1a24th floor, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB<\/p>\n<p>eToro (UK) Ltd \u662f\u5411\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u70ba\u76e3\u7ba1\u5c40\u8a3b\u518a\uff0c\u4ee5\u6839\u64da 2017 \u5e74\u6d17\u9322\u3001\u6050\u6016\u4efd\u5b50\u7c4c\u8cc7\u8207\u8cc7\u91d1\u8f49\u79fb\uff08\u95dc\u65bc\u652f\u4ed8\u8005\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff09\u6cd5\u898f\u63d0\u4f9b\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u670d\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u95dc\u65bc \u7531\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u70ba\u76e3\u7ba1\u5c40\u6240\u6388\u6b0a\u8207\u898f\u7bc4\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u96fb\u5b50\u8ca8\u5e63\u8207\u652f\u4ed8\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u53c3\u8003\u865f\u78bc\uff1a900923\u3002\u5728\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u8207\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u7684\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u865f\u78bc\uff1a07712717\u3002\u8a3b\u518a\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff1aMaclaren \u8a3b\u518a\u65bc\u585e\u6d66\u8def\u65af\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u865f\u78bc\uff1aHE 200585\u3002\u8a3b\u518a\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff1a4 Profiti Ilia Str., Kanika Business Centre, 7th floor, Germasogeia, 4046, Limassol, Cyprus<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u95dc\u65bc eToro Europe \u53d6\u5f97\u6388\u6b0a\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u8207\u6295\u8cc7\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u5b8c\u6574\u8cc7\u8a0a\u8acb<\/span><a 400;\">\u6309\u4e00\u4e0b\u9019\u88e1<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">eToro (Europe) Ltd \u5df2\u65bc 2025 \u5e74 1 \u6708\u7372\u5f97\u585e\u6d66\u8def\u65af\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u59d4\u54e1\u6703 (CySEC) \u9812\u767c\u7684\u52a0\u5bc6\u8cc7\u7522\u5e02\u5834 (MiCA) \u57f7\u7167\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u7d71\u4e00\u7684 MiCA \u6846\u67b6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5728\u6574\u500b\u6b50\u6d32\u7d93\u6fdf\u5340\u63d0\u4f9b\u53d7\u76e3\u7ba1\u7684\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u8cc7\u7522\u4ea4\u6613\u548c\u8a17\u7ba1\u670d\u52d9\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span \u4e8b\u7531\u99ac\u723e\u4ed6\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52d9\u76e3\u7ba1\u5c40 (\u201c<b>MFSA<\/b>\u201d) \u6240\u6388\u6b0a\u8207\u898f\u7bc4\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u96fb\u5b50\u8ca8\u5e63\u8207\u652f\u4ed8\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u5728\u99ac\u723e\u4ed6\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u865f\u78bc\uff1aC97952\u3002\u8a3b\u518a\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff1a68, \u6240\u63a8\u5ee3\u3002\u8a3b\u518a\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff1aLevel 3, 60 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia\u3002\u5728\u57f7\u884c\u4ea4\u6613\u6642\uff0ceToro AM \u5c07\u4f7f\u7528\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u57f7\u884c\u7d93\u7d00\u5546\uff0c\u5305\u62ec eToro Europe \u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u5e73\u53f0\u7d66\u7f8e\u570b\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u8cb7\u8ce3\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u3002\u5176\u8a3b\u518a\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u8207\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u71df\u696d\u5730\u9ede\u662f 221 River St., 9th Floor, Hoboken NJ 07030\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">eToro NY LLC \u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u7372\u5f97\u7d10\u7d04\u5dde\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52d9\u90e8\u8a31\u53ef\u548c\u76e3\u7ba1\u7684\u532f\u6b3e\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u5f9e\u4e8b\u6d89\u53ca\u865b\u64ec\u8ca8\u5e63\u7684\u696d\u52d9\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
