How do I cancel a payment via eToro Money?

Point-of-sale (POS) transactions and bank transfers are instantaneous. Once a POS transaction or a bank transfer is complete it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to discuss an issue regarding one of the transactions on your eToro Money account, please contact our Customer Service team via live chat in the eToro Money app (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 UK time). Within the eToro Money app, tap your avatar at the top left of the screen. Select Customer Service, choose Cash Account, and then select Live Chat.
