How can I check whether an eToro Money transaction has been made successfully?

You can see the status of your transactions and payments within the eToro Money app. Simply open the app and tap the Cash tab.

If you want to discuss the status of a payment or another transaction, please contact our Customer Service team via live chat in the eToro Money app (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 UK time). Within the eToro Money app, tap your avatar at the top left of the screen. Select Customer Service, choose Cash Account, and then select Live Chat.
