eToro’s U.S. office is looking for a Temporary Head of US Talent to temporarily replace the employee going on Parental Leave. This role will report to our MD in the US office for the day-to-day and to our VP of HR in HQ (Israel). This role is dynamic and will have multiple responsibilities designed to acquire, manage and retain talent.

The ideal candidate will have a Talent Acquisition and HR background, with proven track record in thinking strategically and successfully executing on tasks in high-demand fintech or other start-up environments.

Length of engagement is Mid March-July.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Temporary role for Head of Talent going on Maternity leave in April
  • Manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing to offer call
  • Develop sourcing tools including social networks, conducting HR interviews, references checks and giving offers
  • Execute on talent retention best practices and activities such as team building
  • Nurture a vibrant and welcoming culture  
  • Partner with local employees on their needs
  • Manage operational HR such as reports, onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, benefits, perks, relocation
  • Follow HR policies in line with global policies and local practices
  • Manage ongoing HR and Welfare Projects

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition, in start-up companies, preferably in Fintech
  • Proven capability to execute on tough-to-fill requisitions
  • Mature, energetic, multi-tasking and passionate person with the ability to own and independently drive forward projects and processes
  • People’s person and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Affinity to blockchain and digital tokens is a plus+
