Job Description

This Institutional Sales Relationship Manager will proactively build a network of institutional, professional and high-net-worth-individual clients for eToro, develop customer acquisition strategies and manage client relationships, in order to educate, introduce and inspire new investments into the world of cryptocurrencies from the global market and drive volume based revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of global and institutional clients 
  • Expanding and managing the relationships with existing clients through good communication and good understanding of their needs
  • Developing acquisition strategies, building key account management service processes and systems, formulating rules, and tracking the status of key accounts
  • Analysis of user behavior, writing analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to to engage business growth and provide optimal service solutions
  • Perform regular market analysis, supporting other business development and strategic initiatives
requirements
  • Experience leading commercial business development deals and partnerships with financial background 
  • Managing client portfolio in the financial services industry
  • Deep understanding of the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and a passion for technology
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Nice to have - experience with CRM systems
