What will you be doing?
- Serve as an effective bridge between the company and its clients
- Provide first-level support to clients via live chat, email, and phone
- Handle requests for assistance with the utmost professionalism, in line with company guidelines
- Balance customer interests with company requirements at all times
- Communicate with clients clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Ensure compliance with Cyprus and global regulations
- Represent the company and its products at the highest level, delivering a truly exceptional “WOW” service experience
Requirements
- This is a shift-based position, requiring flexibility to work shifts and weekends (5 working days per week)
- Strong command of English (Additional languages will be considered a strong advantage)
- Basic understanding of financial markets
- Previous experience in customer service
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated to succeed and contribute to the team
