eToro U.S. is looking for a Best Execution and Regulatory Reporting Analyst in our equity broker dealer department. This will be an integral role on a small team that you will own as an individual contributor while working across all business levels. You will be the subject matter expert in the US for trading operations. You will be a key member working with global trading operations, middle and back office teams. This role can be based in the New Jersey, Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Austin, TX, Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, St. Louis, MO areas)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reviews orders and trades to ensure best execution is achieved. 
  • Provides pre- and post-executional support.
  • Monitors CAT and Rule 606 regulatory reporting for accuracy and thoroughness.  
  • Provides daily and monthly reviews of Finra Report Cards
  • Works with providers on ensuring that trade reports are submitted to regulators correctly and on time.  
  • Participates in industry working groups in order to understand industry trends, new rules & regulations.   
  • Offers strong collaboration and influence with internal and external business partners such as client service, operations teams, relationship support and senior management around client experience projects and strategies. 
  • Considered SME for market structure and execution.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in reconstructing an order lifecycle.  
  • Superb organizational skills.
  • Experience with OATS/CAT and Rule 606 reporting processes.
  • Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail in aspects of work product.
  • A resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as a team player.
  • Able to multitask efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience dealing with regulators is highly preferred.
  • Series 57 required, or the willingness to obtain.
