We're looking for an analytical digital marketer to join the Delta team and become part of the wider eToro family!
You'll be focussing on growing the Delta app and working in our office in Ghent, Belgium or remotely in line with the EU time zone. We're located right in the city center in a gorgeous historic building, which is pretty cool. Psst... no worries if you can't speak Dutch, we're used to communicating in English. Here’s more about the job! First of all, you'll be part of a start-up which is part of a big company (eToro). Which means you'll be working within the Delta start-up mentality, surrounded by lots of experience and the empowering structure of a bigger entity. Win-win!
You'll be responsible for growing our app installs in the first place as well as our organic reach. So yeah, you'll need some knowledge of ASO, paid social ads and ad network management. You’ll be coached and mentored by our Head of Growth. Requirements are listed in full below.

Good knowledge of and experience with:
- App Store Optimisation
- Paid social campaigns (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Reddit and others)
- Managing Mobile ad networks and Programmatic partners
- Data analysis and reporting - you’ll keep track of most KPIs
- Tools like Adjust, AppsFlyer, Appfollow and Tableau
- Affinity with the target audience
