About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer & Integration Project Manager to join our team and support the smooth transition of the newly acquired Spaceship team. You will work closely with the Spaceship/eToro APAC team to introduce cross-border solutions to prospective clients and manage integration projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with business leaders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Spaceship/eToro APAC team to introduce cross-border solutions to prospective customers.
- Help clients understand the technical features and benefits of the Spaceship/eToro platform, troubleshooting any potential challenges.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities, address key customer technical objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical issues.
- Recommend integration strategies to ensure optimal implementation of the Spaceship/eToro platform, providing "best practice" guidance to customers.
- Serve as a technical focal point for integrating clients, demonstrating and prototyping integrations in merchant environments.
- Provide ongoing technical assistance and education to partners and clients.
- Stay updated on product features and roadmaps, acting as a mediator between Product and R&D teams and the field, contributing client feedback.
- Support the Sales and Customer Success teams in introducing Spaceship/eToro AU cross-border solutions to potential clients.
- Assist relevant business leaders in working with technical teams in HQ within Product and Solutions functions to ensure alignment and progress.
- Lead integration projects to ensure the successful transition of the newly acquired Spaceship team, managing timelines, deliverables, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant experience in solution design or integration with direct client interaction in a SaaS-based environment. Technical sales or solutions engineering experience is preferred.
- Experience managing integration projects, preferably in a cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of systems integration, API implementation (RESTful services), and relational databases (SQL).
- Experience collaborating with remote teams.
- Ability to adapt to different technological environments, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT space.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
