This role requires a ‘can-do’ attitude, availability for a full time position ( front desk at the office)

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsibility for the office and reception desk - receiving guests, answering the phone, mail, files, a small cash register and more.
  • Handling and monitoring deliveries in Israel and abroad
  • Managing the diaries of VP’s, meeting rooms and organizing multi-participant meetings.
  • Operation of the kitchens includes: Operation of professionals in everything related to equipment, refreshments, cleaning and maintenance.
  • Working against the department budget.
  • Handling and coordinating flights
  • Assistance in producing welfare events in the company

  • Experience as a flight coordinator - advantage
