iShares Convertible Bond ETF ICVT

iShares Convertible Bond ETF tracks the performance of US dollar-denominated convertible securities with outstanding issue sizes in excess of $250m. Managed by iShares, a division of Blackrock Financial Management, this ETF was established in 2015.

The iShares Convertible Bond ETF fund’s primary goal is to provide investment results that replicate the performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Convertible Cash Pay Bond > $250MM. This index aims to measure the performance of the US dollar-denominated convertibles market. The fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in securities listed in the index. The base currency of this fund is USD.

As of 30 June 2022, this ETF had total net assets of $1.99bn and held 344 investments. This fund includes bonds with a wide range of credit ratings, however, most of the securities are not rated. This fund is considered to be diversified. As of 30 June 2022, some of the fund’s top holdings included securities in Palo Alto Networks, Pioneer Natural Resources, Southwest Airlines, Sea Ltd, Ford Motor Company, Dish Network, Pinduoduo and Airbnb. iShares Convertible Bond ETF is listed on the Cboe BZX stock exchange, with the ticker ICVT.
