Vanguard Small-Cap ETF tracks the performance of US companies that fall in the bottom 2 to 15% of the investable market capitalization. Managed by Vanguard Equity Index Group, this ETF was established in 2004.

The primary goal of the Vanguard Small-Cap ETF is to recreate the investment results of the CRSP US Small Cap Index. This index is weighted by market capitalisation and includes companies in a wide range of industries. The base currency for this fund is USD. Generally, the fund invests all, or substantially all, of its total assets in stocks for companies that are listed in this index.
