As an Operations Analyst, you'll be instrumental in harnessing advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to drive operational efficiency and innovation across eToro. Your role will combine traditional business analysis with forward-thinking AI initiatives to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate closely with Operations and cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Technology, Customer Service) to identify and execute opportunities for operational efficiency and improvement
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to inform process enhancements and system improvements
- Serve as an internal advocate for AI adoption within the Operations department, driving initiatives to embed AI tools into daily workflows and long-term strategies
- Leverage AI-powered analytics and predictive modeling to enhance performance, forecast trends, and proactively identify operational risks
- Define, monitor, and continuously improve operational processes and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and impact
- Organize, prioritize, and lead process improvement initiatives that fall outside of R&D scope, delivering clear outputs such as process maps, impact assessments, benefit realization calculations, and realization plans to ensure structured and measurable improvements
- Conduct impact assessments of proposed changes, provide strategic recommendations, and present clear, data-backed insights to senior leadership
- Lead and manage operational projects from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals
- Investigate operational challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement data-driven, intelligent solutions to address pain points
Deliverables include:
Well-documented process maps, impact assessments, benefit realization calculations, and structured realization plans for each improvement initiative, ensuring transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Operations, or related roles
- Strong enthusiasm and curiosity about AI technologies, predictive analytics, and data-driven innovation
- Experience or familiarity with AI analytics platforms and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel
- Experience with process management (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com) and workflow automation tools
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, comfortable interacting with stakeholders, including senior management
- English proficiency at a mother-tongue level
- Previous experience in financial services or fintech industries will be considered an advantage
