Veritex Holdings Inc is a bank holding company for Veritex Community Bank, which provides full-service banking, predominantly to clients within the state of Texas. It manages a number of banking centres located primarily in the Dallas-Fort Worth and greater Houston areas. The firm has its headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and has been in operation since 2010.

The bank is engaged in the provision of a broad range of banking services, including commercial and retail lending, checking and savings deposit accounts, debit cards, night depository, direct deposit, cashier’s checks and letters of credit. The company offers an array of commercial treasury management services and a variety of online and mobile banking solutions, such as access to account balances, online transfers, online bill payment and electronic delivery of customer statements. The bank serves both individual and corporate customers.

The firm is one of the top 10 largest banks headquartered in Texas and has been named as one of Fortune’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies in 2020. Veritex Holdings has been listed on the NASDAQ GM since its public launch in 2014, and it trades under the stock ticker VBTX.
