Commerce Bancshares Inc/MO is a registered bank holding company based in Kansas City, Missouri. Founded in 1865, the firm is the parent company of the Commerce Bank, which has branches in around 340 locations across several US states. The company offers a diversified range of financial services, including business and personal banking, wealth management, estate planning, and other investments. Commerce Bancshares also has various subsidiaries offering services such as mortgage banking, real estate services, venture capital, and credit insurance.

Commerce Bancshares has been officially recognised by public awarding bodies on several occasions. In 2022, Commerce Bancshares was given the title of ‘Best Customer Service’ on Newsweek’s America’s Best Banks 2022 list, the company’s second consecutive year of earning this title. As well as this, Commerce Bancshares landed a place on Forbes America’s Best Banks list in 2021, the company’s 12th consecutive year of receiving a place on this list.
