The company sells its watches and other accessories via 30,000 points of distribution across 150 countries, including 450 company-owned and operated stores in the US and abroad, as well as third-party businesses such as department stores, specialty boutiques, mass merchandisers, airport venues, and cruise ships. The firm also supplies private-label watches to chain stores such as Nordstrom, Walmart, and Target.

The firm’s portfolio of brands includes company-owned brands Fossil and Relic by Fossil, as well as a wide range of partner brands including Diesel, DKNY, Kate Spade New York, Michael Kors, Emporio Armani, and Zodiac. As a well-established international brand, this American company makes over 60% of its sales overseas. The firm is listed on the NASDAQ, where it trades under the stock ticker FOSL.
