VanEck Vectors Oil Services ETF OIH

The VanEck Oil Services ETF aims to mirror the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MVIS US Listed Oil Services Index 25. VanEck, a global investment management company, controls this fund, which was launched in 2011 and is domiciled in the United States. The company was founded in 1955 and is headquartered in New York. The majority of VanEck’s holdings are in the United States.

This ETF generally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities listed on the MVIS US Listed Oil Services Index 25, which includes common stocks and depositary receipts of US exchange-listed companies in the oil sector. These companies include small and medium-capitalisation enterprises listed on the US exchange.

The VanEck Oil Services ETF is a non-diversified fund that mainly invests in the United States with some minor interests in Eurozone and emerging Europe. This ETF solely invests in the energy sector and its portfolio only consists of the related US and non-US stocks. As of February 2022, the top five holdings in this portfolio are Schlumberger NV, Halliburton Co, Baker Hughes Co, Tenaris SA, and Cactus Inc. The VanEck Oil Services ETF trades on the NYSE under the OIH stock ticker.
