What Is Betsson AB Class B?
Betsson AB Class B is a Swedish holdings company that engages with the online gaming industry through its various subsidiaries. It was originally founded in 1963 and was later officially listed on the Stockholm stock exchange in June 2000 through its parent company B. Betsson went on to be listed on NASDAQ Stockholm’s large cap list in 2015. While the company headquarters are based in Stockholm, Sweden, Betsson AB Class B operates on a global level. The company holds regulated gaming licences in the 19 countries in which it operates.

The company has several subsidiaries, making it one of the largest online gaming holdings companies in Europe. These subsidiaries include Betsafe, Nordicbet, Casino Winner, Loyal Casino, Europe-Bet, Tonybet, Racebets, NetPlay TV and Premier Casino. It’s most recent acquisition as of 2022 was INKAbet, a sportsbook and casino that the company aquired in 2021.

As of August 2022, Betsson AB Class B employs approximately 1800 members of staff. The company’s employees work across its ten different location bases. Betsson AB Class B sells its stock shares on the Stockholm stock exchange. It trades shares using the stock ticker BETSB.ST.
