Through Global Consumer Banking, the company handles banking, credit card, lending, and investment services. These services are provided electronically as well as through the company's local branches and offices. The Institutional Clients Group handles banking, markets, and securities services, in addition to offering banking and financial products and services to corporate, institutional, public sector, and high-net-worth clients. Citigroup's Corporate/Other segment handles corporate expenses and a range of unallocated costs.
