In addition to domestic flights, Azul also flies to select international designations within the United States, Europe, and other Latin American countries.

Additionally, the company provides aircraft financing, operates an investment fund, administers loyalty programs, and offers package holidays. Azul Viagens, the company's travel package business, offers vehicle rentals, tours, transfers, and accommodation, while Azul Cargo Express is the company's scheduled cargo transport service, which provides airport-to-airport and door-to-door delivery. In March 2021, the company's loyalty program TudoAzul had approximately 13 million members.
