Operating internationally, the company manages a range of lodgings, including hotels, rooming houses, and camps. Founded in 1992, Hilton Grand Vacations has its headquarters in Orlando, Florida.

Hilton Grand Vacations offers vacation ownership options in a range of locations throughout the United States, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region, primarily under the Hilton Grand Vacations brand. The company manages and operates two club membership programs: the Hilton Club and the Hilton Grand Vacations Club. These membership programs serve approximately 328,000 members, supporting reservations services and providing timeshare exchanges. Hilton Grand Vacations operates under two segments: Real Estate Sales and Financing; and Resort Operations and Club Management. Hilton Grand Vacations also finances, and services loans offered to its clients to purchase timeshares.

Listed on the NYSE, Hilton Grand Vacations stock is available under the ticker HGV. As of 30th June, 2021, the company owns 62 properties. These properties accounted for 500,968 vacation ownership intervals, which are primarily located in Florida, Nevada, the Hawaiian Islands, New York City, Colorado, Washington D.C., South Carolina, Chicago, Barbados, Utah, Mexico, and Sesoko Island.
