Operating internationally, Keysight Technologies Inc. is a technology company founded as Hewlett-Packard in 1939 and launched as a fully separate electronic company on 1 November 2014. The company, which is headquartered in Santa Rosa, California, helps enterprises, service providers, and public institutions in various industries, including IoT, automotive and energy, aerospace and defence, and more. The company employs approximately 12,900 people around the world, with manufacturing plants and locations across the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the US.

Keysight operates through two segments: Communications Solutions Group (CSG) and Electronics Industrial Solutions Group (EISG). The company offers over 70 different design, testing, and automation solutions. In 2019, the company announced the first single box multichannel solution for wideband mmWave measurements, as well as a solution to improve the design and test validation efficiency of antenna in package (AiP) technology. Keysight has over 1,700 issued or pending US and foreign patents.

The company is publicly listed on the NYSE under the ticker KEYS. More than 78 of Fortune 100 companies are Keysight customers. It sells its products through direct sales force, distributors, resellers, and manufacturer's representatives.
