In November 2020 the firm announced a new share repurchase program, which could allow for the repurchasing of up to $300m of its common stock by the end of 2021. This program was brought in to replace the previous share repurchase program which allowed the company to re-purchase $250m in MDRX stock by December 31, 2020.
