Nano-X Imaging Ltd is a global medical imaging technology company with headquarters in Neve Ilan, Israel. The company offers cloud-based image analysis, online diagnosis and medical billing services. Founded in 2018, the company has developed a highly cost-effective digital x-ray source, and serves governments, hospitals, clinics and health professionals both in Israel and internationally.

Nano-X Imaging Ltd has developed Cold Cathode technology that can be successfully upgraded to be suitable for medical applications, effectively changing the way medical imaging machines work, and leading to a notable reduction in the costs involved. This is significant, given that medical imaging technology such as CT, PET and MRI are vital early detection tools for diagnosing cancer and other symptomatic diseases.

Listed on the NASDAQ GM stock exchange, Nano-X Imaging’s stock is available under the ticker NNOX. In November 2021, Nano-X merged with Zebra Medical Vision, Ltd., a deep-learning medical imaging analytics company, in an all stock deal. Zebra is now operating as Nano.AI. At the same time, Nano-X announced the acquisition of MDWEB, LLC, a decentralized marketplace connecting imaging facilities with radiologists, and USARAD Holdings, Inc., a teleradiology services provider.
